摘要
本文通过动物感染观察隐孢子虫的排囊情况,发现多数为持续排囊,少数呈间歇性排囊,同时通过病理改变和超微结构的观察对此虫的致病机制和生活史做了探讨。
This paper reports the observation on oocyst shedding of Cryptosporidium in infected animals.We found that most of them presented continued oocyst shedding,and a few were intermittent.Through pathologic change and ultrastructure observation,we made a study of it pathogenic mechanism and life cycle.
