摘要
①目的 探讨血小板膜糖蛋白 (GP)Ⅰa转录区寡肽 80 7基因多态性与缺血性脑卒中 (CIS)的关系。②方法 应用PCR RFLP方法 ,检测 98例CIS病人及 6 0例正常人的GPⅠa转录区寡肽 80 7基因型。③结果 T等位基因与年龄≤ 6 0岁的CIS病人和高危CIS病人明显相关 (χ2 =4 .0 4、4 .37,P <0 .0 5 )。④结论 在中国人中 ,血小板膜GPⅠa转录区寡肽 80 7T等位基因可能是年轻CIS和高危CIS病人的独立危险因素。
ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between the platelet glycoprotein Ⅰa transcription area oligopeptide 807 gene polymorphism and cerebral ischemic stroke (CIS) .MethodsWith PCR-RFLP method, the platelet glycoprotein Ⅰa transcription area oligopeptide 807 genotype in 98 CIS patients and 60 healthy controls was detected. ResultsA strong association existed between the platelet glycoprotein Ⅰa transcription area oligopeptide 807 T allele and CIS among individuals younger than 60 years (χ2=4.04,P<0.05) and individuals with high-risk factors (χ2=4.37, P<0.05). ConclusionThe platelet glycoprotein Ⅰa transcription area oligopeptide 807 T allele might be an independent risk factor for the development of CIS in younger and high-risk patients in Chinese people.
