摘要
在室内条件下采用浸渍法,分别测定了12种杀虫剂对桔小实蝇蛹的毒力,二元混剂的共毒系数。供试杀虫剂对桔小实蝇蛹的毒性大小依次为:乐斯本>喹硫磷>米乐尔>甲基异柳磷>辛硫磷>敌敌畏。功夫、害级灭、敌百虫、好年冬、阿克泰、歼灭乳油对桔小实蝇蛹的药效较差。敌百虫和辛硫磷(1∶9)对桔小实蝇蛹LC50为94.24mg/L,辛硫磷和乐斯本(9∶1)的共毒系数为586.15。
The toxicity of insecticides to the pupas of Bactrocera dorsalis was determined by dipping in the laboratory. The results showed that the toxicity order was chlorpyrifos > quinslphos > isazofos > isofenphos-methyl > phoxim > dichlorvos.The effects of l-cyhalothrin, abamectin, trichlorphon, carbosulfan, thiamethxam and beta-cypermethrin were bad. LC_(50) of the mixture of trichlorphon and phoxim(1∶9) was (94.24)mg/L. The co-efficient ratio of the mixture of phoxim and chlorpyrifos(9∶1) was 586.15.
