摘要
应用在O2含量约为1%~5%、CO2约5%~6%和在2℃低温下处理13d的气调和低温综合处理技术,可完全杀死人工接种在荔枝鲜果中的桔小实蝇(Bactroceradorsalis)的卵和幼虫.
Using controlled atmosphere and cold storage of litchi fruits as a quarantine treatment. The eggs and larvae of oriental fruit fly, Bactrocera dorsalis (Hendel) which have been artificial infected in litchi fruits it was found that the mortality under 1% ̄5% oxygen and 5% ̄6% carbon dioxide at 2℃ was 100% after 13 days. Under this treatment, the quality of litchi fruits was not damaged.
