砂芯涂料烘干方式的选择

摘要 为确定适合砂芯涂料烘干的最佳方式,通过对现有的砂芯全对流加热和全辐射加热方式两种烘干方案吸热特点的分析发现,二者都存在烘干时间长、投入功率大、加热效率低的缺点。同时分析了工件输送方式的不同引起的利弊,确定悬链输送、强制对流换热及辐射加热相结合的加热方式为砂芯涂料烘干的最佳方案。 Cailiao Baohu 2004, 37(4),46~47(Ch). Two heating methods, full convection and full radiation, were compared for drying of mold facing on sand core. There exist some shortages such as long drying time, large input power and inefficient in two methods through analyzing the endothermic characteristics. At the same time, the advantages and disadvantages of different transportation methods were discussed. The combination of hanging chain transportation, compulsively convective heat exchange and radiant heating is de- termined as optimal drying method for mold facing of sand core.
