提高工件表面涂装品质的重要途径——喷漆涂着率

摘要 工件的油漆涂着率越高,漆雾传递效率越高,所产生的过喷漆雾越少;减少有机溶剂的排放,可保护环境,节省能源和资源,降低成本并保证喷涂品质;应优先选用静电喷漆,在采用悬链输送工件时,工件离开悬链的距离应大于 0.5 m,离地面的距离应大于1 m,有利于漆雾喷向工件并减少污染而且可提高涂着率。 The higher the paint adhesion rate of workpiece, the higher the transfer efficiency of the paint mist and the less the oversprayed paint mist;less discharge is helpful to environmental protection,energy and resource saving,cost reduction and coating quality; electrostatic painting is preferred and the workpiece should be more than 0. 5 m away from the overhead conveyer apd over 1 m from the ground, which are favorable to the paint mist spraying the workpiece, reduction of emission and improvement of paint adhesion.
