摘要
党的“十六大”提出的全面建设小康社会战略目标在中国社会主义建设中具有重要的历史地位。这一发展目标具体地展示了本世纪头 2 0年我国经济社会发展的宏伟蓝图。全面小康社会建设能否成功 ,不仅取决于我国国民经济能否继续保持健康、快速的发展 ,而且还在于我国的收入分配制度的改革能否适应经济快速发展的要求。本文结合发展经济学基本原理 。
The strategy to build China into an overall well -to-do society put forward at the Sixteenth Congress of the CPC is a milestone in the development of Chinese economy. It is a grandiose blueprint for the development of Chinese economy and society in the first two decades of the new century. To build the affluent society successfully not only depends on the sustained, sound and rapid development of Chinese national economy but also depends on whether the income distribution system can be adapted to the requirement of fast economic development. With the basic principles of development economics, this paper analyzes the relations between income distribution and economic development.
