摘要
初次分配应该而且能够实现公平与效率的统一。伴随市场经济运行的微观主体企业的成长,人力资本产权及劳动联合体产权相继产生,在一个动态的干中学机制中,各产权主体通过谈判导致分享企业合作剩余比例的调整演进,成为初次分配公平性的体现。初次分配的效率性主要体现在,更高的工资诱生更高的努力。企业的联合产权制度是一种使公平与效率在初次分配中相统一的企业制度,是实现公平分配的微观基础。
It should be realized the unification of fairness and efficiency during the first distribution. Along with the growth of the finn, human capital property rights and work property rights has come into being. In a dynamic system of learning by doing, negotiating between every property fights body gives rise to gradual adjustment of proportion in participating in finn's cooperate surplus, which represents fairness of the first distribution. The efficiency of the first distribution mainly exhibits higher wages leading to harder working. The conclusion of the theoretical model is that joint property fights institution is a firm institution which makes fairness and efficiency unified in the first distribution, which is also the microcosmic basis of achieving fair distribution.
