摘要
居民用气量是城市燃气项目建设方案设计和财务评价的基础参数及投资决策的根本依据 ,须准确测算。通常项目可行性研究报告中设计用气量比实际偏大 30 %以上并导致投资规模相应偏大 ,应予以修正 ;气化率也是决定用气量的主要因素 ,应在科学的市场调查和预测后确定 ;调峰储气方案影响投资规模并决定着项目实施的难易程度 ,应进行多方案比选 ,在需要分期建设且门站交气压力较低的情况下 ,管道与球罐共同储气调峰为首选方案 ;输配压力级制也决定着项目投资规模和工程造价 ,采用中压一级系统比中低压两级系统供气既节省管材和投资 2 0 %以上 ,又能保证用气压力 ;燃气管网选材主要考虑安全性和经济性 ,DN2 0 0以上的燃气管网首选ERW钢管 ,DN2 0 0以下首选燃气用PE管。 2 0 0 0m3 球罐钢板应选 16MnR ,30 0 0m3 及以上容积球罐钢板宜选进口CF— 6 2。
The residents' gas consumption, being the basic parameter of the plan design and financial evaluation of city fuel gas project construction and the fundamental basis of investment and decision, should be exactly predicted and calculated. In general, the gas consumption designed on the feasibility report of the project was larger than the practical one by over 30%, thus causing a larger investment, so that it should be corrected. The gasified rate which is also a main factor of deciding gas consumption should be determined after scientific market survey and prediction. The gas storage peak-shaving plans influencing the investment and deciding the degree of difficulty in carrying out the project should be optimized. The gas storage peak shaving together by pipeline and spherical tank is the first-selected plan under the condition of constructing by stages and of the low gas delivery pressure at gate station. The investment and engineering pricing of the project are also decided by the transportation-distribution pressure graded system; and in comparison with the medium-low pressure dual-grade system; the medium pressure one-grade system not only can save on the pipe materials and investment by more than 20%, but also can ensure the gas pressure. The safety and economy are mainly considered for selecting the material of fuel gas network; and the ERW steel pipe should be firstly selected for the fuel gas network of more than DN 200 and the PE pipe for that of less than DN 200. The 16 MnR should be selected for the steel plate of the spherical tank with a volume of 2000 m3 and the imported CF-62 for the steel plate of that with a volume of over 3000 m3.
