摘要
总结了目前LNG气化站流程中蒸发气体(BOG)储罐的设置方式,通过对工艺流程的分析得出该种设置方式并不能储存BOG的结论。如果在BOG储罐之后设置阀门,则该储罐可储存一定量的气体,储气量与BOG储罐的容积、LNG储罐的工作压力、LNG储罐气相管道上BOG减压阀的设定启动压力及城市燃气管网的供气压力有关。稍具规模的城市燃气管网的水力工况能接受LNG气化站BOG的排放,在气化站内设置BOG储罐没有必要。
The setting mode of boil-off gas (BOG) gasholder in the current process of LNG vaporizing station is summarized. It is concluded from analysis of the technological process that this setting mode can not store BOG. The gasholder can store a certain amount of gas if a valve is installed at the exit of BOG gasholder. The gas storage capacity is related to the volume of BOG gasholder, the working pressure of LNG gasholder, the start-up pressure setting of BOG regulator installed on gas-phase piping of LNG gasholder and the gas supply pressure of city gas network. The hydraulic conditions of city gas network with a certain scale can receive the emission of necessary to install BOG gasholder in LNG vaporizing BOG from LNG vaporizing station, hence it is unstation.
