摘要
用大港低凝环烷基原油的减二、减四线馏分油经适度加氢-糠醛-白土精制,调合后加入适量高温抗氧剂、防锈剂制得的L-DAB220空气压缩机油,理化指标符合中国石油大港石化分公司企业标准,并通过了西安交通大学压缩机油台架试验,可满足各种中负荷往复式空压机的使用要求。
L-DAB 220 air compressor oil is produced with vacuum cut 2 and vacuum cut 4 distillate oils from Dagang low-freezing naphthene base crude oil through moderate hydrotreating-furfural-activated clay refining,and mixing with high temperature antioxidant and antirust additive.The physico-chemical properties of the developed oil reach the local standards and pass the bench test in Xi'an Jiaotong University.L-DAB 220 air compressor oil can meet the requirements of all kinds of medium-duty reciprocating compressors.
