摘要
以大庆普通精制的ＨＶＩ３５０、ＨＶＩ６５０、ＨＶＩ１２０ＢＳ为基础油，筛选和优化了高温抗氧、防锈、抗乳、防腐等添加剂，研制成功无灰型ＤＡＢ６８、１００、１５０空气压缩机油。模拟评定、台架实验结果表明，抗积炭性能明显优于有灰型ＤＡＢ空气压缩机油，空气老化后康氏残炭增值和减压蒸馏８０％残油康氏残炭分别降低了１．０和０．０５，进一步提高了空气压缩机油的质量水平，有良好的经济效益和社会效益。
Ashless air compressor oils for DAB 68,100,150 have been successfully developed,which are screened and optimized with regular solvent refined neutral oils of HVI 350,HVI 650,HVI 120BS from Daqing and ashless oxidation inhibitor,anti rusting agent,demulsifying agent and anti corrosion agent etc.Results of simulation analysis and bench test indicate that the formulated oils′ CCR increment and CCR of vacuum distillation 80% residue oil dropped by 1.0 and 0.05 respectively after air aging compared with the ash bearing air compressor oils.It has a good economic and social benefits.
