摘要
以二甲胺,四甲基溴化胺为相转移催化剂,水为溶剂,过量3%~5%的对苯二氯苄在75℃~90℃时滴加30%的氰化钠水溶液进行反应,pH值保持在8~9,然后减压蒸馏粗品可得96%的对苯二乙腈,收率>96%,然后在45~50℃条件下,加入对苯二甲醛,将对苯二乙腈进行聚合,收得86%的聚合物.在反应过程中,分别对对苯二乙腈在不同条件下的产率的影响进行讨论,及对对苯二乙腈的聚合进行了探讨.
The p-dichloropheny laceteonitrile is synthesized from p-dibenzyl choride of extra 3~5% and 30% sodium cyanide with triethlamine and teramechyl ammonium bromide as phase transfer catalyst and water as solvent under 75~90 ℃. The pH value is retained 8~9. The p-dichloropheny laceteonitrile of 96% is obtained and its yield is above 96% after being distillated under vacuum pressure. The p-dichloropheny laceteonitrile is polymerized by adding p-dibenzaldehyde, and the polymer of 86% is given. The influences of various factors on reaction and the polymerization of p-dichloropheny laceteonitrile are discussed.
