摘要
介绍了试生产苯甲醛新工艺:甲苯侧链光照氯化生成二氯苄,控制三氯苄的生成量;精馏分离除去一氯苄(循环套用);水解二氯苄含量高的馏分制得苯甲醛;再经蒸馏得到高纯度(≥99.5)的苯甲醛产品。对试生产中存在的问题进行剖析,提出解决方法及相关措施,同时对有关操作要点进行论述。
benzaldehyde was trial produced by a new process which comprised following steps:(1)photochlorinating the side chain of toluene to generate benzyl dichloride and controlling the forming amount of benzyl trichloride;(2)rectifying to remove benzyl chloride which was recycled;(3)hydrolyzing the fraction containing high content of benzyl dichloride to produce benzaldehyde;(4)distilling further to obtain high purity (≥99.5%) product of benzaldehyde.The problems existing in the trial production were analyzed and solutions and measures are raised.The key points in operation were discussed.
