摘要
本文对三个中国人 DR_w12纯合细胞的 DRB 基因作了核苷酸顺序分析.结果表明,三个细胞的DRB 基因存在两种格局,这两种格局与来源于白种人的国际标准细胞不同,主要表现为 DRB1和 DRB3基因间组合有差异.这一结果与细胞学分型基本一致.
We determined the nucleotide sequences of enzymatically amplified second exons of DRB1
and DRB3 genes derived from three Chinese DRw12 homozygous cells and found two distinct
DRw12 haplotypes.The combinations between DRB1 and DRB3 genes of the two haplotypes
were different from that in Caucasoid DRw12 HTCa.Thise result might explain the consquence
of generating“new”Dw specificities by cellular assay.
