摘要
本文报道了应用联合抗过敏疗法加新鲜血浆治疗流行性出血热(EHF)中晚期患者。利用体外人工制备的辣根过氧化物酶-抗辣根过氧化物酶复合物(PAP)对EHF中晚期患者疗前、疗后的补体溶解活性(CRA)做了测定,同时检测了病人血清中的循环免疫复合物(CIC),并对两者的关系进行了观察分析。结果表明,EHF中晚期患者的CRA极显著地低于正常人(P<0.01)。输注新鲜血浆后,可使病人的CRA明显高于治疗前(P<0.001),而病人血清的CIC水平则显著下降(P<0.001)。这表明,输入新鲜血浆后,可以通过迅速补充病人体内已经降低的各种有效补体成分,而提高患者的CRA,加速CIC的降解和清除,从而可以减轻EHF的病理改变,加快EHF的康复过程。
Fresh plasma was used on the basis of united antiallergic therapy to treat the patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF). By using PAP complex, the complement mediated release activity (CRA) of EHF patient was determined. The serum circulating immune complex (CIO of the patients was detected as well. The results showed that after the treatment, the CRA level was increased (P<0.001) while the serum CIC concentration was decreased (P<0.001). This indicated that fresh plasma could replenish some complement component which the patients were deficient in, and therefore fresh plasma played an effective role in treating EHF patients by means of enhancing CRA.
