微小按蚊长期接触低剂量溴氰菊酯后生理活动和繁殖特性的动态观察 被引量:5

摘要 用强迫接触法对微小按蚊进行选育,溴氰菊酯浓度为0.1mg/m^2,选育温度26℃,触药24h后的死亡率至少不低于20%。在选育过程中,对选育蚊的生理活动、繁殖特性等进行动态观察。该蚊长期接触低剂量溴氰菊酯后,并不影响其体重,吸血及寿命:但随选育代数的增加,产卵量减少,孵化率下降,致死力增加。成蚊前期历期时间延长,净增殖力、内禀增长力、增殖有限速率都有所下降。这些因素都可影响后代成活蚊的种群繁殖力。 Anopheles minimus were forced in contact with deltamethrin and selected according to the method recommended by WHO, the dose of deltamethrin being 1mg/m^2, laboratory temperature approximately 26℃ and the motality 24 hours after contact with the drug no less than 20%. In the course of selection, dynamic observation was made on the physiological activities and reproductive characters of the selected mosquitoes. It was shown that although the body weight, blood feeding behavior and longevity of the mosquito remained unchanged after long-term contact with a low concentration of deltamethrin, there was a marked decrease in the deposition of eggs and their hatching rate, while the lethal coefficient(K)was increased. The preimaginal period was prolonged, and the net reproductive rate(Ro), innate capacity for increase (Rm)and finite rate of natural increase(λ)were all decreased. All these factors would undoubtedly have an influence on the reproduction capacity of the survival offsprings of the mosquito population.
