摘要
本文报道长期使用溴氰菊酯引起中华按蚊雌虫生殖营养周期紊乱、延长成虫前期(卵期、幼虫期、蛹期)发育所需时间等结果,讨论了吸血次数与成虫存活时间及与间日疟原虫在蚊体内发育的关系,并对成虫前各期发育所需时间的计算方法进行了改进。
This paper presents the results of resistant strain of Anopheles sinensis cultured with deltamethrin. After 5-10 generations, low resistance induced. 10 generations later, gene mutation oceurred, while in 29th genaration, larva of black body and head with lethal gene and moreover with mutated organs were found.Mortality rate of black body larvaes reached 100% and of course, reproduction stopped. Mortality rate of black head larvaes was 65.98% and it has been preliminarily confirmed by inbred that characteristic of black head belonged to recessive reversion. The existence of lethal gene lovered the survival ability of An.sinensis, which led to the reduction of resistance to deltamethrin in population of An. sinensis with lethal gene. When disappearance of black body larvaes and remarkable reduction of bfack head ones happened, LC50 of An.sinensis larvaesstarted going up.
