摘要
提出了采用二阶差分极小值和一阶差分过零点来精确定位动态心电图R波的实时检测算法,包括ECG信号的四点平均滤波处理、心电信号二阶差分极小值的求解及其化简、R波的准确定位和具有自学习及自适应功能的信号检测门限的设计等。经过对正常人和临床病人的动态ECG信号进行测试验证,R波检测准确率可达99.8%以上。该算法具有多项式级的计算复杂度,已成功应用于移动式远程心电监护系统ECG信号的实时分析。
A precise real-time R wave detection algorithm based on local minima of second derivatives and cross-zero points of first derivatives of ambulatory ECG signals, developed , is presented in this paper. The novel algorithm comprises of design of filters, solution and reduction of minima of second derivatives, location of R waves of ECG signals and setting of signal thresholds that can revise themselves by detected values and vary with analyzing signals. For the normal and clinical patients, this algorithm's detection rate of R waves of ambulatory ECG signals is over 99.8%. The method with computation complexity of polynomial order, has been successfully applied to the real-time analysis of signals in mobile ECG telemonitoring systems.
