摘要
本文比较了各种实现小波变换方法的优缺点 ,采用TMS32 0F2 0 6系列的DSP系统实现ECG信号的小波变换 ,利用多孔算法实现一尺度到四尺度的Marr小波变换。本系统对 6K的ECG信号处理需要 4 0 0ms的时间。采用硬件DSP的方法大大提高了小波变换的速度 。
In this paper, we compare different methods of using wavelet fransform and their advantages and disadvantages. We implemented ECG signal Marr wavelet transform at scale 2 1 to scale 2 4 on the TMS320F206 series DSP based system using algorithm a'trous. This system needs 400 ms processing time per 6K points of ECG signal. The method using hardware of DSP to implement wavelet transform can increase speed greatly. The result are useful for R or abnormal ECG detection.
