摘要
本文报道了一个用于体液内药物及代谢物分析方法选择的专家系统。此计算机软件包括主系统和知识获取子系统两部分。主系统由主控模块、I/O模块、推理器,数据获取模块、规则库、数据库、词典组成。知识获取子系统由规则管理程序和词典管理程序组成。本系统采用PASCAL语言编写。可在IBM—PC及其兼容机上运行。使用者的工作语言为英语。使用者只需根据计算机的提示输入药物或代谢物的分子结构和理化性质(分子量、熔点、沸点、溶解度),专家系统即可给出一种或几种可供选择的体液中含量分析方法。故专家系统可望成为临床药理学及药学工作者的有用助手。
A computer expert system for choosing suitable methods for determination of drugsand their metabolitds in biological fluids was established. The computer software is composed of main system and knowledge acquisition system. Main system consists ot seven parts-main controlling mod-ule, I/O module, inference engine, data acquisition module, rule base, data base and dictionary.Knowledge aequisition system consists of rule base management system and dictionary manasementsystem. This expert system was written in PASCAL and is possible to be implemented on IBM PC andits compatible computers. The operator's working language is English. The operator only needs to in-put the molecular structure and main physical and chemical properties (molecular weight, m. p., b.p., solubility) of the drug or metabolite, expert system rapidly prints one or some suitable determina-tion methods in biologial fluids. Results suggest that this computer expert system could beome a usefulassistant of pharmacologits and pharmacists.
