摘要
对15位肾移植术后病人的44份环孢素(cyclosporine A,简称CsA)血样,全部用荧光偏振免疫分析法(TDx)特异性放射免疫法(SRIA)及非特异性放射免疫法(NSRIA)三种方法进行测定。对该三种方法测得的数值进行统计学处理。结果表明:TDx与NSRIA、SRIA均有较好的线性关系(相关系数分别为0.92和0.88),TDx与NSRIA之间仅在眼药后4h点有非常显著差异(p<0.01);TDx与SRIA则在服药后2,4,8h三个时间点均有非常显著的差异(p<0.001);TDx与NSRIA之间有稳定的比值;而TDx与SRIA之比值随给药后时间的延长而增加(p<0.05);TDx与NSRIA的相关系数也大于TDx与SRIA间的相关系数。从本文结果看到TDx法和NSRIA法之间较为相似。
Forty four whole blood samples from 15 patients who had received cyclosporine after renal transplantation were measured with TDx.NSRIA and SRIA. The results were compared inliner regression analysis and significance of correlation coefficient. Linear regression analysis showedthat there were better relationship of TDx with NSRIA .SRIA. Their linear correlation coeffcientwere 0.92 and 0.88 respectively. There was significant difference between TDx and NSRIA at 4h af-ter administration of cyclosporine. But there was significant difference between TDx and SRIA at 2,4,8 hour after administration. The rations of values from TDx to those of NSRIA did not vary in anytime point. But those of TDx to SRIA increased with the time. We concluded that there were constantlinear relationship and ratios between TDx and NSRIA. The values of TDx were highly comperablewith those of NSRLA, but not with SRIA.
