摘要
研究了以磷酸二氢钠为催化剂 ,冰乙酸和异丁醇为原料合成乙酸异丁酯 ,确定了酯化反应最佳条件。结果表明 ,冰乙酸用量为 0 1 7mol,异丁醇用量为 0 1 0mol,催化剂用量为 2 5g,反应时间为 2 0h时 ,乙酸酯化率达 93 1 7%。
Based on the composition of iso-butyl acetate by using sodium dihydrogen phosphate as catalyst,acetic acid and 2-butanol as raw materials,the optimum conditions were determined.The results showed:when 0.17mol of acetic acid,0.10mol of 2-butanol and 2.5g of the catalyst were used,the ratio of esterification reached 93.17%.
