摘要
目的 :了解广东省养猪场饲料有害物的含量和猪育肥期是否添加盐酸克仑特罗的情况。方法 :对 1 5个养猪场现场抽取混合饲料 1 5份、育肥期猪尿 45份样品进行检测。结果 :1 5份混合饲料样品的Hg、Pb、As、六六六、DDT含量合格率 1 0 0 % ,1 5份混合饲料、45份猪尿样品的盐酸克仑特罗检测结果阴性。结论 :在实施食品品质安全管理下 ,广东省 1 5个养猪场混合饲料重金属、农药含量在《饲料卫生标准》范围内 。
Objective:To understand the harmful thing in pig feeds in pig farms in Guangdong province and to find whether to use Clenbuterol Hydrochloride or not during pig fatty period Methods:Take 15 formula feed and 45 pig urine in fatty period as samples from 15 intensive pig farms in the province Results:The qualified samples of the Hg,Pb,As,666,DDT contained in 15 formula feed samples is 100%,15 formula feed, 45 pig urine sample Clenbuterol Hydrochloride with examination result feminine gender Conclusion:With the implement of the mangment of food qudity,the contents of heavy metals,pesticide in the samples was lower than 《Hygienicd standard for feeds》,the clenbuterol Hydrochloride was not used.
