摘要 目的 比较两种红细胞超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性测定方法 ,以便在实际工作中根据不同的试验条件选取最合适的测活方法。方法 用黄嘌呤氧化酶法和 NBT光化还原法分别对经甲醛染毒处理后的小鼠红细胞 SOD活性进行测定 ,将它们在耗时、耗材、条件控制和实验结果等方面的优缺点进行比较。结果 通过两种方法的比较 ,认为黄嘌呤氧化酶法是种比较好的 SOD测活方法。结论 在测定红细胞超氧化物歧化酶时 ,选取黄嘌呤氧化酶法比 Objective Compare the two methods in measuring the SOD activity of mice's erythrocyte in order to select seemly method for different conditions.Methods The mice are treated by gaseous formaldehyde at different levels for 72 hours and its superoxide dismutase in erythrocyte is mensured using xanthinoxidase method and NBT lllumination method. The difference in time duration,expense,condition controlling and the outcomes are compared.Results Xanthinoxidase method is considered to be a better method in the test.Conclusion Xanthinoxidase method is better than NBT Illumination method the SOD activity of mice's erythrocyte.
