Preparation and Characterization of Transparent Hydrophobic Nano-Boehmite Film

摘要 用异丙醇铝与乙酰丙酮反应制备铝-乙酰丙酮螯合物,由此控制异丙醇铝的水解.采用溶胶-凝胶法和含氟聚合物表面修饰法制备了高疏水性纳米Al2O3薄膜.并用X-射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、原子力显微镜(AFM)等方法对Al2O3薄膜的结构和表面形貌进行表征.该膜具有疏水性强,透明度高的特点. The transparent hydrophobic nano-Boehmite film was prepared using Sol-Gel processing. The hrdrophobicity of the film was obtained by surface modifying of PFPMA and fluoro-containing surfactant FC-922. The structure of the film was determined by XRD and the thermo analysis TG/DTA. The surface morphology of the films prepared were characterized by AFM, TEM, and SEM.
