摘要
关于警察职能的研究是警察学研究中的一个基础而重要的课题。然而目前的研究却普遍存在着诸多缺陷。在明确警察职能内涵的基础上,用类型学的方法,构建警察职能研究的理想类型,把握警察私有化的倾向,从强调国家的利益向维护国家利益和社会公众利益并举的方向发展,树立公众主体性的多元警民合作新理念,是警察职能研究的方向。
The research of police function is a basic and important problem in the study of police geography. But nowadays there are lots of defects. On the base of the connotation of the police function, it is the tendency of using the method by typology, constructing the idea type of police function research, holding the police trend of privatization, emphasizing the development of the country interest and the social public interest, setting up a new idea that co-operates with people and police.
