摘要
公安学基础理论存在着理论深度不够、学术术语不规范、缺乏具体研究方法指导、结构不合理等问题。这些问题的产生是由于认识的片面性、研究问题的封闭性、学科名称不规范、研究停留于表面等诸多原因造成的。因此,必须对其内容进行重构,并从文献资源、学术交流、解放思想、专门人员培养等制度层面上入手,以保障这一设想的实现。
There exists a lack of theoretical depth, nonstandard academic terms, the lack of guidance of specific research methods and unreasonable structural issues, etc. in public security theory. These issues are the result of awareness one - sidedness, the closed nature of the issues, the nonstandard subject name, research staying on the surface, etc. Therefore, we have to carry out a bold reconstruction of its contents in order to ensure the realization of this vision from the aspect of the literature, academic exchanges, the emancipation of the mind and the specialized staff development system.
