摘要 SCM822H钢材同一横截面上不同部位的淬透性不同,通过分析原因确认采取以下措施减小淬透性的波动范围:①控制浇注及轧制工艺参数。低温浇注,将钢水过热度的波动控制在较窄的范围内,轧制加热炉的温度足够高,保温时间足够长,以尽量减少碳、铬、锰和钼的偏析。②钢材中心及边缘的碳化物含量及种类不同,因此,均热炉中的加热应缓慢,力求钢锭中心与边缘同步升温。③钢材中心部位夹杂物消耗的合金元素比边缘部位多,中心部位的固溶合金元素减少,淬透性进一步降低,因此,冶炼过程应尽量去除夹杂物并使夹杂物均匀分布。 In different position of SCM822H steel product, the hardenability is different. Following methods are used to eliminate this difference: ① Casting and rolling processing parameters should be controlled. Casting temperature should be low, the superheat should be controlled in narrow range, temperature in heating-furnace should be high enough, and holding time long enough, in order to decrease segregation of C, Cr, Mn and Mo. ② The heating rate should be low, in order to heat blanks homogeneously because the carbide composition and content are different in central part and edge of steel blanks. ③ In melting process the inclusions should be removed as much as possible, and inclusions should be uniformly distributed, otherwise the inclusions will be concentrated and alloy elements in solid solution will be decreased in central part, making hardenability decreased.
