摘要
宝钢板坯连铸机引进了二冷段电磁搅拌装置──ＥＭＳ（宝钢称作ＤＫＳ）。为了评价ＤＫＳ的使用效果，在两流连铸机的一流安装了ＤＫＳ，进行了搅拌与不搅拌的对比试验。结果证明，ＤＫＳ对改善铸坯断面厚度方向成分宏观偏析的作用是显著的，因而对改善成品板的性能，减少缺陷是有益的。
An electric magnetic stirring device of secondary cooling section is introduced in the slab continuous casting machine of Baosteel. The EMS device is mounted in one of the two strands for the evaluation on its service effect, and comparison tests of stirring and non--stirring are conducted, only to find that the composition macrosegregation of slab cross --section in thickness direction is remarkably improved by using EMS, and it is beneficial to the end products in terms of less defects and perfect performance.
