摘要
可持续发展是我国电解金属中期时间内必须面临的课题,本文拟就其发展趋势,调整难度等展开讨论,并针对我国电解金属中期发展状况提出了个人的某些观点及见解。
The sustainable development is the issue to be faced for Chinese manganese metal industry in middle term, this paper will discuss its development trend and adjustment difficulties, propose personal suggestions aimed to the middle term development.
