摘要
分析了目前我国电解锰行业发展中存在的问题,阐述了电解锰循环经济的内涵,提出了构建循环型产业链的整体思路,并从企业、行业、政策层面提出了具体对策,为中国电解锰行业可持续发展提供理论依据。
In this paper, the problems of China＇ s Electrolytic Manganese Metal Industry（EMM） were analyzed, the concept of circulation economy of EMM was described, and the general plan for the Cycle industrial chain was proposed. Elaborate measures were given from different levels, such as corporation, industry and policy. These measures can be used as the base of the theory for sustainable development of Electrolytic Manganese Metal Industry.
