摘要
针对直流调速系统对转速的控制精度问题,提出了一种采用CNC的直流调速系统。该系统运用PID算法的数字化方法及最优PID参数的设定方法,提高了调速系统对转速的控制精度。
Aiming at the control accuracy of rotational speed resulting from direct current speed regulation system, a direct current speed regulating system depending on CNC is proposed. The system adopts the digitalized method depending on PID control algorithm and method of setting the optimum PID parameter. The system greatly improves direct current regulation speed system in dynamic, static state quality.
