摘要
针对交流调速系统中伴随速度传感器的安装而带来的高成本和复杂性等问题,本文以电机控制专用芯片TMS320LF2407为控制核心,应用现今较为流行的智能功率模块(IPM),基于无速度传感器矢量控制技术,设计了一种数字变频器,并详细介绍了变频器的硬件结构。经仿真测试取得了很好的效果,结果表明本设计经济适用、简单有效、具有较好的实时性和实用价值。
AC Speed Regulation System has the problems of high-cost and complexity with the application of speed Sensor. In this paper, making the ASIC TMS320LF2407 especially for motor control used as control core, using the more popular Intelligent Power Module (IPM), and based on the theory of speed sensorless vector control to design a digital inventor, and introduce the design of hardware in detail. The test data shows that this design is economical, simple, practical and have good signal procession.
