饲喂酸奶不同时间对小鼠巨噬细胞和脾T淋巴细胞功能的影响

摘要 分别给Balb/c小鼠饲喂含质量分数为20%用保加利亚乳杆菌和嗜热链球菌发酵的酸奶冻干粉的饲料2,5,8d后处死,取其腹膜巨噬细胞和脾淋巴细胞进行测定,结果发现酸奶饲料处理增加了脾淋巴细胞和巨噬细胞的增殖活性,并提高了脾T淋巴细胞当中CD4+/CD8+比例。对巨噬细胞活性的促进在第2d组中最为显著,而对淋巴细胞增殖活性的作用在第5d组达到高峰并持续到第8d组。对细胞因子进行分析发现,2d组处理者脾淋巴细胞的IL-2产生量和巨噬细胞的TNF-α产生量都较对照组显著升高;IL-2产生量的上升在8d处理后消失,而TNF-α产生量在5d处理组即已恢复到对照组水平。 Lyophilized yogurt containing living Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus was added to conventional mouse diet at a percentage of 20% and given to adult Balb/c mice ad libitum for 2, 5, 8 days, respectively.The mice were then executed and the peritoneal macrophages and spleen lymphocytes were separated for determinations.It is discovered that the yogurt containing diet enhanced the proliferation capacity and the CD4+ /CD8+ ratio of spleen lymphocytes, as well as the proliferation capacity of peritoneal macrophages.The 2 day treatment group showed the greatest macrophages activities,but the 5 day treatment group showed the greatest lymphocyte proliferation activity, while the ratio of CD4+ /CD8+ increased in all the 3 groups.Analysis of cytokines showed that the TNF- α production of macrophages IL- 2 and production of T lymphocyte also inceased sharply in the 2 day treatment group.
