摘要
实验用昆明种小鼠 ,对由沙棘原汁和乳酸菌培养液为主要成份配制成的这一保健饮品 ,在调节免疫功能方面进行了研究。实验结果表明 ,小鼠连续 2 0天给与该受试物 ,在人使用量的 1倍、 10倍、 30倍剂量组能明显增强小鼠迟发型变态反应及增加外周血 T淋巴细胞 ANAE阳性率 ,并可提高小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能和脾脏抗体生成细胞数。提示益力淇具有增强小鼠免疫功能的作用。
Yiliqi is a kind of health protecting drinks,which major ingredients are seabuckthorn fruits raw juice and media with lactobacillus.To study its function of regulating immunization,the tests were done on kuenming mice which were administrated(ig) for 20 days at there doses of 1,10 and 32 times of recommended humans intake.The results show that Yiliqi can enhance the delayed type hepersensitivity of mouse and phagocytosis of macrophage,and it can also increase the positive rate of peripheral T cell containing acid α naphthyl acetate esterase(ANAE) and the number of antibody forming cell in spleen.The study suggested that Yiliqi has the function of enhancing immune system of mouse.
