摘要
采用在Gleeble 2000热模拟试验机上进行的等温 淬火实验和γ→α相变动力学分析方法,对V N微合金化HRB400钢筋晶粒细化的机理进行研究,提出VN促进铁素体相变形核是V N微合金化HRB400钢筋晶粒细化的主要原因.
The refining mechanisms in V-N micro-alloyed HRB400 bar have been researched by using isothermal quenching test in Gleeble-2000 thermal simulator and transformation dynamics in present work. It is proposed that VN particles accelerating α-ferrite nucleation is the main mechanism of refining in V-N micro-alloyed HRB400.
