摘要
以316L不锈钢为还原脱磷对象,考察钙合金中加入钡、镁对还原脱磷、脱硫的影响.结果表明钙合金中添加钡、镁能提高了其还原脱磷和脱硫能力,但如果想得到较高的脱磷率,一方面合金中钙含量必须增加,从合金成本和实验结果分析,将合金中的钙的质量分数提高到15%~20%是可行的;另一方面增加还原脱磷剂的加入量.在还原脱磷过程中发现,SiAlBaCa未出现回磷现象,且其脱硫效果最好.
Aiming at the reductive dephosphorization of stainless steel 316L, the effects of barium and magnesium in calcium alloy on the reductive dephosphorization and desulphrization are studied experimentally. The results shows the addition of barium and magnesium in calcium alloy can improve the capability of reductive dephosphorization and desulphrization. To get highter level of dephosphorization, the calcium content in alloy must be increased. Considering both the cost of alloy and the experimental results, it is feasible that calcium content of the alloy is increased to 15%~20%. Furthermore, the amount of the reductive dephosphorization agent must be incressed too. During the process of reductive dephosphorization with SiAlBaCa, no rephosphorization is observed and higher desulphrization rate is attained.
