摘要
采用钢液直接定氧的方式对硅铝钡钙与硅铝铁 +硅钙两种脱氧工艺进行了比较 ,结果表明前一种工艺的脱氧效果明显强于后者。对使用复合脱氧剂前后钢的质量亦作了相关定量分析 ,结果表明部分质量检测数据得到改善。
Through oxygen direct detecting, the deoxidization process of adopting Si-Al-Ba-Ca complex deoxidizer is compared with the process of adopting Si-Al-Fe together with Si-Ca. The result shows that the deoxidization effect of the former is better than the effect of the later. Relative quantitative analysis has been carried out on the quality of the steel before and after using complex deoxidizers. The result shows that the quality has been improved after using complex deoxidizers.
