摘要
对28株淋球菌进行抗生素敏感试验及其质粒图谱分析,结果发现:在7株青霉素耐药淋球菌中,有4株淋球菌带有4.5-Md青霉素耐药质粒(R质粒)和2.6-Md的隐蔽质粒,其中有3株菌同时还带有24.5-Md的接合质粒,从而首先在重庆分离到淋球菌青霉素R质粒。
28 isolates of penicillin-resistance Neisseria gonorrhoeae from Chongqing city were investigated by method of plasmid profile analysis. Results of our data showed that four of seven penicillin-resistance isolates harbored a 4.5 megadal-tons(Mds penicillin-resistance plasmid, and three of these four isolates containing penicillin-resistance plasmid also harbored a 24.5-Md conjugative plasmid and a 2.6-Md cryptic plasmid. Therefore, we firstly isolated the 4.5-Md penicillin resistance plasmid in Chongqing. We suggest that this type of penicillin-resistance plasmid is. most probably an epidemic R plasmid of N. gonorrhoeae in Chongqing city.
