摘要
研究了新疆库尔勒香梨经60 Coγ射线 5~ 1 1kGy处理后 ,在贮藏期间总糖、维生素C、呼吸强度、蔗糖转化酶和细胞膜透性等的变化情况。辐照对果品具有杀菌效果 ,抑制并推迟了采后生理进程。辐照引起酶的活性降低 ,延缓呼吸强度 ,从而减少了糖份的消耗 ,使香梨贮藏期延长了 1 5~ 2个月。经 8个月贮藏 ,γ射线处理的香梨保存率为 94 2 % ,对照为 82 2 %。
After treating with 60 Co γ-ray to Kuerle xiangli, a research on the changing of general sugar, vitamin C , respiratory intensity , cane sugar enzymatic and penetrility of cell membrane of Kuerle xiangli was carried out during their storage period. Irradiation had a sterilization effect on fruit, and restrained and postponed the physiological course of fruits. The enzyme activity declined and the respiratory intensity was retarded after irradiation, which resulted in reducing the sugar consume and prolonging the storage period by 1.5~2 month. After 8 month of storage, the preserving rate of treated fruit was 94.2% , while the control group was 82%.
