以乌梅,甘草为原料,结合现代饮料加工技术,提取原料中的有效成分,并采用正交试验,研制出最佳生产配方和最佳工艺条件,生产口味独特营养丰富具有保健作用的饮料。
Using dark plum and licorice root as raw materials, through the advanced beverage process technology, extracting the available components from the materials, the dark plum juice beverage was produced with healthy function and good flavor. By experiment of orthogonal design, the appropriate formula and the process conditions were put forward.
