全蝎镇痛成分的提取工艺研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的优选全蝎镇痛成分的提取工艺。方法采用水煎煮、乙醇回流等 2种提取方法的对比实验 ,以溶媒用量、浓度、提取时间为研究因素 ,经正交设计进行提取工艺条件的优选。结果采用醇提取法 ,全蝎主要镇痛成分全蝎蛋白的收率高。结论醇提取法工艺提取全蝎镇痛成分收率高。 Objective To explore the most appropriate technology for the extraction of analgesic components from Scorpion. Methods The most appropriate technology was screened based on the comparative study between the technology of water decoction and ethanol circumfluence,with the consumed volume of menstruun,concentration and extracting time as the evaluating factors, on the basis of orthogonal design.Results The product of main analgesic components of scorpion, Scorpion protein, was higher, when extracted by the extracting techniques of ethanol circumfluence, than that of water decoction. Conclusion The extracting technology of ethanol circumfluence is much effective in the extraction of analgesic components from scorpion.
