摘要
在对最小偏差法及圆弧插补的进给方向识别 过象限处理方法等关键问题进行研究的基础上,给出了处理过象限圆弧插补的基于最小偏差法的统一算法,解决了开放式数控系统软件开发过程中,包括整圆插补在内的跨象限圆弧段处理方面的难题。该算法适用于目前流行的开放式数控系统和各种CNC系统。
Based on the research on the key points such as the method of the minimum deviation,distinguishing feed direction,dealing with the over-quadrant problem, an unified interpolation algorithm dealing with the problem of the over-quadrant circular arc based on the minimum deviation is suggested. This method also can solve the difficult problem occurred in the over-quadrant circular arc interpolation including arc interpolation in the process of the developing open NC software; It can apply to the current popular open NC and all kinds of CNC system.
