摘要
目的 编制目前世界上最流行的描述形状的数学方法 B样条曲线的插补算法 .方法 应用最小偏差法和 Clark方法 ,以实际加工为目的进行程序的编制 .程序的编制利用 VC++语言 .结果 把目前CNC在曲线加工中仅有的离散点的加工能力 ,提高到对刀具连续运动轨迹的控制 .结论 这种插补方法非常有效地解决了目前 CAD/CAM技术中的“瓶颈”
Aim: To workout the interpolation algorithm of B-spline curve, which is the most fashionable mathematic method to describe figure in the world. Methods: The program aims to practical manufacturing by using the method of the least deviation and Clark method. It is worked out by VC++. Results: Current CNC manufacturing is rest on the discrete points. We can rest on continuous movement tracks of machine tools now. Conclusion: This algorithm can effectively solve the 'bottle-neck' problem of CAD/CAM.
