论述了光谱的基本概念及在木素结构研究上的应用。用紫外光谱来定性定量地鉴定木素 ,鉴定某些特殊功能基和测定木素被化学处理的剧烈变化 ;
In this paper the basic concept of spectrum and it's application in the structure of lignin were discussed. The ultraviolet spectrum was used in identifying quantificationally the lignin, identifying some special function group and mensurating the acute changes after the chemical treatment. Using the infrared spectrum to identity the function group on the lignin and it's ramification.
