摘要
论述现代仪器分析在制浆造纸过程中木素结构、官能团、分子量、分布等研究上的应用。用紫外光谱来定性定量地鉴定木素,鉴定某些特殊功能基和测定木素被化学处理的剧烈变化;用红外光谱来鉴定木素及其衍生物结构上的功能基;用核磁共振谱测定低分子量木素分解产物;用凝胶渗透色谱法测定木素分子量及其分布。
This paper discussed the applications of instrumental alalysis techniques inthe researching structure, functional group, molecular weight and molecular weightdistribution of lignin. The ultraviolet spectrum was used in identifyingquantificationally the lignin;The infrared spectrum was used to identity thefunctional group of lignin and its mmfiication. Using the NMR to determine genemtedproducts of lignin. And CPC was applied in the detremination of molecular weight andmolecular weight distribution of lignin.
