以制备的鱼油磷酸酯加脂剂为例,探讨了醇解反应中催化剂的影响,并提出了固体酸催化醇解反应机理是加成-消除反应;提出以折光指数的变化来确定醇解的反应时间;介绍了磷酸酯的合成原理;阐述了溶剂法合成磷酸酯的优越性;强调了水解反应的重要性.
Given an example of synthetic ester exchanging fish oil phosphate fatliquoring agent, the influences of catalyst on alcoholysis reaction were discussed. Meanwhile , reaction mechanism of solid acid catalyst was an addition-elimination procedure in the alcoholysis reaction. Alcoholysis reaction time was determined by variation of refractive index. Synthesis principle of phosphate was also introduced . Superiority of solvent method of P(2)O(5) in preparation of phosphate were illustrated.Hydrolysis reaction could further improve the molar ratio of mono-phosphate to double-phosphate and conversion rate of ester exchanging fish oil in its reaction product.
