摘要
以鱼油为原料,经酯交换、磷酸化反应再中和合成了磷酸化改性鱼油。酯交换反应的工艺条件是65℃反应5h,n(甲醇)∶n(鱼油)=4 5∶1,催化剂用量为鱼油质量的2 0%。该反应与传统工艺相比:改性深度大、催化剂活性高且可再生、酯交换鱼油色泽浅、稳定性好。磷酸化反应的工艺条件是n(-OH)∶n(P2O5)∶n(H2O)=2 4∶1∶1 15,70℃下反应4h,60℃下水解1h。该产品外观为浅红至红棕色透明油状物、流动性好且乳液不分层。以大肠杆菌和金黄葡萄球菌作为测试菌,采用抑菌圈进行杀菌活性实验,测试结果表明:在加脂后成革所要求的pH值范围内,该合成的磷酸化改性鱼油有一定的杀菌性。
Based on fish oil as raw materials,modified fish oil phosphate was prepared in three steps:interesterification,phosphonation and neutralization.The optimum conditions of the interesterification have been confirmed as 65 ℃ for 5 h,fish oil/methanol=1∶4.5(molar)amount of solid acid catalyst used 2.0 %.Compared with traditional methods,this method has many advantages such as retrievable catalyst with high activity,lighter colour and good stability of interesterified fish oil.The optimum conditions of the phosphonation are as follow:-OH/P_2O_5/H_2O(molar ratio)=2.4∶1∶1.15,temperature of reaction is 70 ℃ for 240 min.The hydrolysis reaction takes at 60 ℃ for 60 min.The product is a transparent liquid of light red or reddish-brown colour,with good fluidity,good emulsion stablility.Based on escherichia coli and staphylococci as tested bacteria,the antimicrobial activity of the product was identified by the becteria inhibition zone method.The experiments showed that the modified fish oil phosphate has certain antimicrobial effect within the pH value range of leather fattening operation.
