摘要
建立先进的质量管理信息系统是实现和提高现代企业质量的重要手段 ,是实现信息化改造传统产业的重要出路 本文以全面质量管理思想和ISO90 0 0质量认证程序为本 ,以现代技术计算机集成制造 (CIMS)为背景 ,以信息管理系统 (MIS)技术为平台 ,对呼和浩特铁路局焊轨段全长淬火钢轨的质量管理信息进行了分析和研究 具体分析研究了质量管理信息系统(QMIS)的总框架结构、信息流程。
Establishing the advanced quality management information system (QMIS) is an important means to realize and increase quality of modern enterprise and an important way to reform traditional industry with information technology. The analysis and study on quality management information system of full-length quenching rail in the welding rail plant of Hu-he-hao-te railroad bureau is based on the procedure of ISO9000 and the ideas of TQM, founded on the environment of SIMS and built on the technology of MIS. This paper studied detailedly on the total framework of the QMIS, the flow of its information, partition of the information system module as well as the detail realization.
